Cloetta
Cloetta, founded in 1862, is manufacturing and marketing confectionery for chocolate products, nuts, pastilles, chewing gum, and pick and mix concepts. Leading brands in the Netherlands are Red Band, Venco, Sportlife, Xylifresh, and King.
My team and I created an international career website identifying the new employer branding concept.

Employer branding campaign
In the employer brand, we created the concept 'the sweet spot for your career' with 5 themes of eye-catching visuals combined with playful headlines. The 5 highly saturated visuals with their own color show how Cloetta’s USPs align with what our target group looks for in a career.



International career website
My challenge was to translate the concept into an international career website with a clean, simple, colorful, one-page setup for career website—all in line with the new Employer branding campaign.
Design fundament
To create a start of how the website will work I took the 5 main visuals and created a separate content section for each frame. This will be the fundament and navigation of the one-page website. The model, content, and background will interact differently on scroll to create a dynamic page.
Based on the wireframes and key visuals we created the designs. In collaboration with an Art Director, we delivered the interaction designs, functional descriptions, and designs to the development party.
